Diesel Marine International Limited ("DMI") are pleased to announce the acquisition of valve and fluid equipment manufacturer and supplier Young and Cunningham Ltd.
The new company will trade as a division of DMI and will be known as DMI Young and Cunningham Ltd.
DMI is an international group of companies with it's head office in North Shields, Tyne and Wear and has manufacturing sites in Europe, the USA and China. In addition, we have a number of licencees around the globe who carry out work to DMI's high standards under our licences.
The addition of the Young and Cunningham business will increase our range of marine and industrial products, components and services.

We will be transferring the manufacturing operations from the current site at Killingworth to our facility at North Shields and expect to have this fully operational by May 2006. The transfer will be phased to ensure continuity of supply.
